I'm so happy! I bought my first "rock" CD today; Blind Guardian - Nightfall in Middle-Earth. I love it!!! It's all songs and vocal bits based on the events from the Tolkien book The Silmarilion. They're awesome. I've listened to some of the songs before from file share softwear, but now I have the whole thing. Whee! I will look into getting more of their CDs; that is if I like the lyrics.
I went out with Sango today and discovered how much fun it is to talk about songs that get stuck in your head on a bus, surrounded by people; you can get songs stuck in their head doing so! We were talking about the Indiana Jones theme when the girl in front of us turns around and says (smiling and all friendly like mind you) "I don't know you and I hate you. Now I have that song stuck in my head." I told her to ph33r 0ur 3v1ln355 and our evil plan of getting annoying songs in peoples head (though we hadn't planned on it. Honest!). That was just fun! Sango and I went to the mall so she could hand out her resumes for job searching. I also showed her how to get to the Museum of Nature so she could draw dinosaur skeleton bones tomorrow. I've decided to go with her to keep up my drawing skills, plus it'd be fun! I haven't done that in nearly two years. I shouldn't fall out of practice. Oh yeah. I drew this last time I was there.... I think I should have handed it in. Heehee! I'm off to watch Willow. Gotta love 80's fantasy movies! ~AW~
