2003-04-03 I am so tired. Today was sorta my day off... first day in over a week. I even worked Sunday... even though I technically wasn't on the list. Go figure. I was there... early in fact, and my boss called my house, and left a kurt message on my answering machine asking why I wasn't at work. He saw me a few minutes ago working... asked me when I arrived and I told him 11am. Geez. I think I'm considered one of the nicest workers and I'm still crapped on. Well, I did get a really cool... flashy thing that day though. There was a convention there and I think the thing is for walking at night; it flashes, but at a pattern that won't cause seizures. I think. :P I'm getting really tired. Wednesday was suppose to be my day off, but I was grabbed on Tuesday and I worked for four hours. Now I have another part time job at Tim Horton's; I have no idea how I'm going to do this. >.>
I found out a week ago that one of my bosses, the head of the banquets, has Lou Gehrig's Disease. The doctors have given him about two years to live. Man. And I really liked him. I'm going to email my friend that's in TO right now, and tell her about it. She moved there in the fall and is now working in catering there. She doesn't know yet, I'm sure of it.
